A highly dangerous virus called "Weekly Overload Recreational Killer"(WORK) is currently going around.

If you come in contact with this WORK virus, you should immediately go to the nearest "Biological Anxiety Relief" (BAR) center to take Anxiety Relief" (BAR) center to take antidotes known as "Work Isolating Neutralizer Extract" (WINE), "Radioactive UnWORK Medicine"(RUM), "Bothersome Employer Elimination Rebooter (BEER), "Vaccine Official Depression Killing Antigen"(VODKA).

The latest Mast update brings full width images, along with a variety of bug fixes. (And it’s now entirely free to use every feature) 💜

Google would have a stronger Cloud Computing business if they hadn’t killed their free RSS reader 7 years ago.

Virus advice:
- Avoid getting infected.
- If you do get infected, recover quickly.
- While infected, do not spread to others.

"What I'm not so keen on are questions like "What's a domain controller?", "Why do we need a router?" and "Does IPv6 cost more than IPv4'?", "Couldn't we try some IPv5 and upgrade to 6 in next year's budget?" and "Have you looked for cheaper IP on eBay?'"

OH NO! CARMEN SANDIEGO HAS STOLEN YOUR idea for a blockchain startup! has been upgraded to Mastodon 3.1.2

: Many infections take place due hand-face contact. Please respect our pentesters'/auditors'/incident responders' health: increase the quality of infrastructure and software during flu season to allow for a reduced facepalm frequency. Infection protection concerns us all.

Signs that shit's getting real: typing "sudo -i" into a terminal.

I'm seeking a copy of:

"A Student of Technology; Emmanuel George Mesthene", The New York Times, January 18, 1969

What I'm *actually* looking for here is the actual report from Harvard's "Technology and Society" project, headed by George Mesthene. No sign of that anywhere (possible leads in Worldcat).

Published 1969, best I can tell, though another source says 1968, apparently a typo.
